The Nicholls Colton Group is a thriving multi-disciplinary company offering geotechnical, structures and pavement consultancy; an in-house UKAS and MCERTs accredited laboratory, and a site testing division that operates throughout the UK.
Due to a rapidly expanding workload in all sectors, the Nicholls Colton Group is seeking Geotechnical and Geo-Environmental Engineers to join its Geotechnical & Geo-Environmental Division.

You must hold a degree in civil engineering, geology, environmental science or a related field. You should be enthusiastic, adaptable, self-motivated and organised. Candidates will be expected to be highly literate and able to communicate effectively.

Candidates will be required to have experience in site monitoring, site visits, trial pitting, soil and rock logging and laboratory test scheduling, and preferably will also have experience in the production of desk studies and factual and interpretative reports.
Successful candidates will be expected to undertake and manage ground investigation and contaminated land projects within the Geotechnical & Geo-Environmental Division, and will be expected to make a significant contribution to the report writing capability of the department.

All appointments are based in our new Leicester office, however you will be expected to undertake site visits and attend meetings, commensurate with your experience, throughout the Midlands and further afield.
