Nicholls Colton at Westminster

Nicholls Colton at Westminster

All works were completed successfully with no issues for the KIER LoHac scheme at Westminster Bridge on Sunday night.

The requirement was to sample 8 No asphalt cores from the carriageways, to a maximum depth of 75mm. So that not to damage the waterproofing, cores were logged and reported back to the client confirming the material descriptions and layer depths at each position.
Due to the location, disruption had to be kept to a minimum. We arrived at 2230 and completed the work quickly and without error within one night shift.

Journeys were planned and vehicles driven in an economical manner, to reduce fuel use and CO2 emissions. The production of waste was kept to a minimum. Any waste produced was bagged and disposed of appropriately.
In such a busy and prominent location it is vital that you perform the way our staff did on this project.
