Ground Penetrating Radar

GPR survey is generally carried out in accordance with the procedures and recommendations given in HD29/08. GPR survey is required to determine layer thickness down to the sub-grade, changes in construction and any other anomalies which may be relevant, such as possible areas of relatively high moisture, voiding or delamination.  Core samples should be taken to support findings and calibrate the GPR plots.
